You don't have to punch life in the face. Just walk beside it & keep it from kicking you in the butt.
I exercised: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun, Tues. 5 out of 8. Not awful, but not great.
Decluttering? Did it ONCE. Sigh.
I did have two dates with a really nice guy, though that is unrelated entirely. ;)
5 out of 8 is a heckova lot better than most folks do...I'm on a de-clutter tear right now... but just moving stuff from one pile and recycling it into another.
You're doing a lot better than me! I got on an exercise kick, and was walking with a friend. She went on two vacations this summer, and when her kids went back to school, one of them got the H1N1 (swine) flu. So, we've missed several weeks in the last couple of months. I have a treadmill, so I should be walking when she's not available. But am I? Heck no! No exercise at all for me in the last two weeks, so you're doing great compared to some :)Same with the decluttering, I was on a tear before Labor Day, but not a thing since.Hang in there, it will come back if you don't give up completely!
